Information used for an inquiry

LASHMAITRE uses the name, business contact details, destination, product specifications, packaging requests, message and other project information you choose to provide to answer the request, clarify specifications and prepare sample or quotation details.

Information you should not send

Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification or client health information through the website inquiry form. Payment and order records are handled separately from the public form.

Communication choices

Contact details are not sold. If you choose email or WhatsApp, the relevant communication provider processes the message under its own terms. A form submission does not create an order or confirm a product, price, minimum quantity, payment term, lead time or remedy.

Correction or deletion request

To correct or request deletion of an inquiry record, email [email protected] and identify the message or project. The team may need to retain records that are required for an active order, accounting, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations.
